MP warns Ilkley voters of extremism dangers

BRITISH National Party leader Nick Griffin's decision to fight the Keighley seat at the next General Election has put Ilkley in danger of being made synonymous with extremism, says the town's current MP.

Perhaps a challenge by Ann Cryer the MP for the Keighley constituancy to have a public debate in Ilkley or even on TV would bring out any questions and answers to everyone,then no-one could accuse anyone of media bias,couldn't the public then make up their own minds?
There is more to the BNPs policies than is portrayed by the press,its manifesto can be read by anyone who cares to check out the BNP web-site.
Let the people make up their own minds,i doubt very much that labour/liberal/or the Torys candidate will take up the challenge,they would sooner demonise and use the politics of fear, instead of smearing the opposition,pick up the gauntlet and (here is a novelty) let Democracy guide the peoples judgement. ;D
